Aegithalos caudatus europaeus (Hermann, 1804) Description. Head and underparts whitish, with broad black band from side of forehead back along crown-side, finely dark-streaked ear-covers, light reddish-brown flanks and belly. | |
Aegithalos caudatus tauricus (Menzbier, 1903) Description. Externally similar to A.e.europaeus, also have a wide black strip on the head with significant dissection around the eye, the sides and belly have a reddish-brown tint.<br> |
